Ron E. Sholes:  Florida DUI Defense Attorney Ron Sholes is a 10-year military veteran who was born and raised in Illinois and has made Florida his home for nearly 20 years. Ron received his undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University while serving on active duty in the military, and his law degree from the University of Florida and is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts.

During his 10 years of service on active duty, Ron served in the Gulf War in Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm, the Bosnian Conflict in our military's Operation Provide Promise, and in several Counter-Narcotics Operations in the Southern Caribbean Sea and Eastern Pacific Ocean.

Among other things, he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, the Southwest Asia Service Medal, the Kuwaiti Liberation Medal, two Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medals, two Good Conduct Medals and several Letters of Commendation. Florida DUI defense attorney Ron Sholes is also an active member of the American Legion, an association of service members who served during times of war. Now, Ron is dedicated to vigorously protecting and fighting for the rights of his DUI clients.

Florida DUI Attorneys Ron Sholes, Mike Quimby and Garry Crews are serious about DUI defense and their determination to provide their clients with the best possible representation is evident in their DUI training.

Both Ron and Mike have completed the same 24-hour Field Sobriety Testing certification course which DUI officers attend. Additionally, Ron and Mike have both completed the 40-hour Field Sobriety Instructor certification course. Additionally, Mike is one of only a handful of DUI attorneys nationwide to have completed the Breath Test Operator Certification course for the new Intoxilyzer 8000 breath test machine, which has just been placed into service in Florida in 2006.

Mike Quimby:  Florida DUI Defense Attorney Mike Quimby is a 9-year military veteran who was born in Michigan and raised in Florida. Mike received his undergraduate degree from St. Leo’s College and his law degree from Cooley Law School in Michigan and is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts and all Michigan State Courts.

Garry Crews: FL Drunk Driving Defense Lawyer Garry Crews retired after serving 20 honorable years in USMC. Garry received his undergraduate degree from Park University and his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. During his distinguished career in the U.S. Marine Corps, Garry received many awards including the Navy Commendation Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal, and two Navy/ Marine Corps Achievement Medals.
Garry has prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanor and felony DUI (driving under the influence) cases as an Assistant State Attorney in both Duval and Clay counties. Now, Garry is using his knowledge and experience as a prosecutor to help defend the firm’s clients who are charged with DUI / DWI.
